Home Grown Presents Kids Shred at Angel Fire Bike Park!

Get ready for an unforgettable biking adventure as Home Grown hosts two days of lift-accessed riding at Angel Fire, New Mexico’s premier bike park. Embark on exhilarating guided runs down some of the most thrilling trails, with expert instruction provided every step of the way.

Home Grown’s dedicated coaches tailor their approach to meet each rider’s needs, offering personalized coaching and ample trail time. Prepare for a significant improvement in your riding skills! This event welcomes riders of all genders and ages, including a special kids shred group.

Topics covered will include:

• BIKE PARK INTRO riding the chair lift, trail etiquette and safety
• DOWNHILL POSITION standing up on pedals, balanced and stable
• BRAKING CONTROL learning to adjust when and how much
• CORNERS/BERMS with confidence and consistency
• LEARN what it takes to go on drops & jumps
• STYLE AND FLOW pump and move to gain momentum and find glow

When: Saturday October 5th & Sunday October 6th from 9 AM – 4 PM

Where: Angel Fire Bike Park, 10 Miller Lane

What: Bike Clinic for kids 7/15.  Includes professional coaching, two day lift ticket, a Friday “Welcome Party”  and lunch both Saturday and Sunday

Cost: $500 – Does not include transportation or lodging

Prerequisite’s:

• All riders should be “strong-beginner/intermediate” with some exposure to technical, downhill trails.
• A full-suspension bike with a dropper seat post is required.
• Full-face helmets and protective gear are also recommended.
