Whitewater Rafting
Rapidly moving mountain streams can be found closely surrounding Angel Fire. If a more adventurous activity beacons you, enjoy white water rafting. Enjoy a guided tour through the Carson National Forest or even through the majestic scenery and diverse terrain of the Rio Grande.
This gorgeous canyon is filled with truly amazing rock formations and you’ll most likely get a chance to see wildlife like mule deer, river otters and beavers along the way.
Choose from half-day to overnight adventures. Courses vary but for the best adrenaline rush, you’ll want to include a run through the “Racecourse’, a class III rapids. Expect to get wet on the rapids like the Maze, Albert’s Falls, The Narrows, and The Thunderdome.
